The Morning Call
We begin in Egypt where the “Africa 2017 Forum” is taking place in Sharm El- Sheikh. The Forum the organizers say aims at providing a platform for heads of state and government as well as private sector and business leaders in Africa to discuss a wide range of business and development issues in the Continent. According to Egyptian president Abdel Fattah Al Sisi, african economies have proved to be resilient and remain among the most attractive destinations for global investment. But he says there remains a need for doubling efforts to deepen economic cooperation and integration in order to achieve the development and progress to which African nations aspire.
